  I will only ever come to have my blood drawn here. The morning staff (Jo (I think) and Nathan) are fantastic at the job they do. Knowledgeable, personally remember Me everytime and gentle with the needle. I have just met a new collector here this afternoon and she was equally great. A real credit to the company they work for. Recommend these guys to everyone.

  My mother went to have a fasting blood test today at 1pm. The man who took her blood was extremely disrespectful. He got angry at her because she has “overfasted” as he stated (although she had not overfastef as she has been a nurse for 30 years and already knows this) in which he said the test results would not be accurate. He spoke down to my mother in a degrading manner as she advised she still wanted the test done. he told her that if it wasnt medicare bulk billed and she was paying for it, she would not have got it done. Because its for free thats the only reason she would get it done, implying that she is using the healthcare service for free and bludging. Never in her life as a nurse has she ever been so disrespected. When he was completing the bloods he was absoloutely rude and telling her to move over which was unnecessary. My mother did not deserve this treatment. She has worked her whole life and does not deserve to be spoken too like that. He made my mother cry which she did not need before her MRI. He did not introduce himself. He absoloutely needs training on communication skills as vulnerable people with health issues should not have to tolerate that behaviour. His behaviour throughout the appointment was unacceptable. Be very careful if you go to get your bloods done here as this male staff member might treat you the same way.

  Having been a patient here for over 3 years - the staff at Sullivan Nicolaides Strathpine are always great. Today was no exception. Friendly, helpful and reliable staff. For someone not overly keen on blood tests, the staff here always make it ok. Thank you.

  I want to say a very big thank you to Nathan Strathpine... I had to take my 12 year old boy, Jack , (whom is on the Autism Spectrum)for a covid test today. Nathan was so lovely, kind and caring. He really explained everything clearly to Jack. Jack was a trooper and did what Nathan asked him to do. Nathan is very much an asset to your company and I hope for the future that we get him again. Thank you again

  Very gentle friendly service. I've had places do blood tests and it's hurt and leaves bruising. Probably thd first place I've gone to where it didn't hurt!
